Get involved with National Storytelling week at InterHigh
27/01/2020
Step out of the classroom this National Storytelling week and share your short stories with InterHigh! We’re even giving away free InterHigh credits to the top three storytellers who enter.
What is National Storytelling week?
From the 27th of January until the 3rd of February, people of all ages will be writing, telling or hearing their favourite stories. A nationwide celebration of storytelling, this year we want you, our InterHigh learners, to get involved!
How to take part
If you’re interested in taking part in National Storytelling week 2020, write your own short story (up to 300 words) and email it to us at competitions@interhigh.co.uk.
There are lots of ways you can tell us your stories, write it in a word document, take a video of yourself reading it out or even act it out with friends! This is your time to be creative.
Stories can be found everywhere, so whether you’re writing about fairy tales, romance, action adventure, zombies or mythical legends, the important thing is to release the storyteller inside of you! Plus, our top three story tellers will receive free credits to spend in our online shop.
Social media
We’ll also be sharing some of your work on our social media pages, so keep an eye out on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages! #NationalStorytellingWeek.
